What do we need to arrange a medical repatriation?

To provide an accurate quote and coordinate the transfer, our coordination team requires:

• • Pickup Location: Current hospital or home address, room details, and treating physician contact information.

  • Destination Details: Receiving facility or home address in the destination country, including admission confirmation if applicable.

  • Medical Information: A recent medical report or discharge summary outlining the patient’s current condition, mobility, and required in-transit care (e.g., oxygen, medical escort, ground vs. air transfer).

  • Identification: Passport scans or travel documentation for the patient and any accompanying family members.
